A creamy, classic Ninja Creami vanilla ice cream recipe that serves as a base for endless variations β€” from protein-packed treats to fruity swirls.

Β½ ounce cream cheese

β…“ cup sugar

ΒΎ cup heavy cream

1 cup milk (whole milk preferred)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Microwave the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of cream until softened.
  2. Transfer it to a Ninja Creami pint, add the sugar, and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Slowly pour in the remaining cream and milk, whisking gently until combined.
  4. Seal the pint with the lid and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. Attach the container to the Ninja Creami, select 'ice cream' or 'lite ice cream' setting, and let it churn.
  6. If it looks crumbly, re-spin once or twice until smooth and creamy.
